The Apple of His Eye

The Apple of His Eye Fall retreat is coming!

Do you believe that you are the apple of God’s eye?

He cherishes you and wants to show you His love!

Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings.
                                                                                                                                          Psalm 17:8

In this one day retreat in October, we will be reflecting on what it means to be the apple of God’s eye.  We will consider questions such as:

  • Does God really cherish me?

  • Who or what is the apple of my eye?

  • Do I trust in God’s protection?

  • What seeds has the Lord given me to grow in my life?

You will engage in a variety of activities specially designed to get you thinking about your relationship with God in a whole new way. You’ll see the Trinity reflected in the parts of an apple, learn how caramel apples demonstrate God’s protection, and enjoy the sweet aroma of God’s presence – figuratively as you journal your experiences and literally as we stir up some homemade apple butter together!
